公正性和保密聲明

為了提高服務質量,維護客戶合法權益,使客戶保持對公司的良好信心,特作如下聲明:

In order to improve service quality, maintain customers' legitimate rights and interests, keep customer good faith, we made the following statement:


1. 作為獨立的第三方機構,獨立于所涉及的各方。公司依據相關的法律、法規以及合同的規定,客觀、公正、準確、及時地為客戶提供檢測檢驗和認證服務,并為活動中獲得或產生的所有信息保密。

As an independent third party body, independent of the parties involved, the company based on the provisions of relevant laws, regulations and contracts, objective, fair, accurate and timely to provide clients with testing, inspection and product certification services, all information obtained or created during the activities shall be regarded as confidential.


2. 所有相關方均可獲得公司服務,而不附加其它不正當的條件。公司的程序嚴格以非歧視的方式進行管理。

3. 公司的一切活動不受上級行政管理人員或部門的干預,不受來自商業、財務、或其他方面的壓力影響,而能始終、持續地保證做出判斷的獨立性和完整性;

4. 公司制定有《公正性保證程序》,要求工作人員不參與任何影響公正性和獨立性的活動,不受來自于商業、財務或任何其他方面的壓力而影響結果質量,保證在公正性,獨立性和誠實性方面的可信度。

The company have the impartiality assurance procedure, require staff are not involved in any activity that affects the impartiality and independence, not from commercial, financial, or any other aspect of stress and affect the result, ensure fairness, independence and integrity of credibility.


5. 公司已建立公司質量管理體系和編制《質量管理手冊》,并將《質量管理手冊》作為公司內部管理的基本準則和對客戶以及社會提供質量保證的承諾;

The company has established quality management system and issued the quality manual, the quality manual is the basic principles for the company's internal management and commit to customers for quality assurance.


6. 公司將積極參與認可機構組織的能力驗證和/或公司間的比對活動,并與其他公司保持良好的接觸和溝通,與其他機構進行經驗交流,適當地參與標準化活動,以不斷提高技術水平和能力;

The company will actively participate in recognized organization's ability to verify and/or comparative between the companies, and keep good contact and communication with other companies, and other institutions to carry on the exchange of experience, to participate in standardization activities appropriately, to constantly improve the level of Technical capability.

 

以上各項承諾,接受客戶的監督,如有違反并給客戶造成損失的,愿承擔經濟和法律責任。
